One of the main reasons I liked it is because many of the suggestions are common sense - not "I could have written that" common sense, more like, "duh! I should be doing this" or reminding you to see things from the right angle. Educators get jaded with politics, bureaucracy, and other external pressures. Watson gets that. But she also knows it is in each teacher's hands how s/he approaches the job of educating kids. The simple, straight forward text means you can read it cover to cover, or just one chapter, as needed.
